Section 1
Acceptance of Terms

These Terms apply to all visitors, registered players, and any individual who interacts with the j4444 platform in any capacity. Your continued use of j4444 following any published amendment to these Terms constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised version. j4444 recommends that you review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any conflict between an English-language version and any translated summary, the English version shall prevail in all respects. j4444 operates its customer-facing platform in English for all registered players in Bangladesh.

By registering an account, you acknowledge that gambling carries inherent financial risk, that you participate entirely at your own risk and discretion, and that j4444 provides the platform solely as an entertainment service for eligible adults aged 21 years and above.

Section 2
Eligibility & Age Verification

To be eligible to register and maintain an active account with j4444, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times during your use of the platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age. j4444 does not permit any person under the age of 21 to register, deposit, bet, play casino games, or withdraw funds under any circumstances.
• You are a natural person and not registering on behalf of a corporate entity, trust, or any other legal structure.
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online betting and casino activity is not prohibited under applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to ensure compliance with the laws of your local jurisdiction.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, agent, or close relative of any such person employed by j4444 or any of its affiliated game providers, technology partners, or payment processors.
• You have not previously had a j4444 account closed, suspended, or terminated for a violation of these Terms or any prior version thereof.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party.

Age Verification Process

j4444 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age and identity at any stage of the account lifecycle — including at registration, at the first withdrawal request, and at any point a compliance review is triggered. Acceptable identity documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate issued by a recognised Bangladeshi authority. Withdrawal requests will be held in a pending state until age and identity verification is satisfactorily completed.

Any player who provides false, misleading, or incomplete information during the age verification process will have their account permanently closed. Any winnings, bonus credits, or deposited funds held in such an account at the time of closure will be forfeited and will not be returned under any circumstances.

Section 3
Account Registration

Each eligible individual may hold one (1) active j4444 account only. The registration of multiple accounts — whether using different names, mobile numbers, email addresses, devices, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. j4444 uses automated device fingerprinting, IP analysis, and payment method cross-referencing to detect duplicate registrations.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your j4444 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. j4444 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to safeguard your credentials.

If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify j4444 immediately by contacting the support team at [email protected]. j4444 will take reasonable steps to secure the account upon receiving a verified report of suspected unauthorised access, including temporary suspension pending an investigation.

Account Information Accuracy

All information provided during registration — including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and bKash or Nagad wallet number — must be accurate, current, and complete. Any material inaccuracy in your registration information that is discovered during a compliance check may result in account suspension, withdrawal holds, or permanent closure.

Section 4
Deposits & Withdrawals

j4444 supports deposits and withdrawals denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) via the following verified payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank mobile banking, and select debit card options including Visa and Mastercard where available. Minimum deposit thresholds and processing timelines for each payment method are published on the Cashier page within your account dashboard and may be updated from time to time.

Deposit Conditions

• All deposits must originate from a payment instrument registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — including deposits made from a bKash or Nagad wallet registered to another person — are strictly prohibited.
• j4444 does not charge platform-side fees on standard deposits. However, your mobile wallet provider (e.g., bKash, Nagad) may apply their own transaction charges, which are outside j4444's control.
• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Deposits below this threshold may not be credited to your betting balance.
• Deposits made using funds derived from any illegal activity are strictly prohibited and will be reported to the relevant authorities upon detection.

Withdrawal Conditions

• Withdrawals are processed exclusively to the verified payment instrument linked to your j4444 account. j4444 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, unverified wallets, or payment instruments that differ from those used for deposits without express written approval from the j4444 compliance team.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Requests below this threshold will be declined by the system.
• Withdrawal requests will not be processed until any active wagering requirements attached to your account balance — including those arising from active bonuses — have been fully satisfied.
• j4444 aims to process withdrawal requests within 24 to 72 hours of approval. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume, compliance review, or public holidays in Bangladesh.
• j4444 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests that exceed ৳50,000 or that are deemed unusual in the context of the account's betting history. Such requests may be held pending review for up to 7 business days.

Section 5
Bonuses & Promotions

j4444 offers various promotional incentives to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, reload bonuses, cashback programmes, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL cricket season, IPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All promotional offers are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms published alongside individual promotions at the time of issue.

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus credits must be wagered a specified number of times before any portion of the bonus or resulting winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible bet types, minimum odds, and game contribution percentages are specified in the individual promotion's terms.
• Eligibility: Promotional offers are only available to players who have completed registration and identity verification. Players who have self-excluded or who are on a cooling-off period are not eligible to receive or use bonus credits during that period.
• Single Bonus per Offer: Only one bonus of the same type may be active on a player's account at any one time. j4444 does not permit stacking of multiple bonuses of the same category unless explicitly stated in the promotion terms.
• Expiry: Bonus credits not used within the stated validity period will be forfeited automatically. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
• Abuse: j4444 actively monitors for bonus abuse, including systematic low-risk hedging, arbitrage betting using bonus funds, and coordinated multi-account bonus claiming. Accounts found engaging in bonus abuse will have their bonus credits voided and may face permanent closure.

Section 6
Betting Rules

All sports betting activity on j4444 — including cricket (BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, Bangladesh Tigers internationals), football, kabaddi, and other available markets — is governed by the betting rules published in the Sportsbook section of the platform. These rules take precedence over any general statement in these Terms in the event of a specific conflict.

General Betting Conditions

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is placed and confirmed. j4444 reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its sole discretion, including bets placed at odds that were published due to a manifest error.
• In the event of a manifest error in the display of odds — including pricing errors attributable to data feed failures, human error, or system malfunction — j4444 reserves the right to void any bets placed at those erroneous odds and to settle such bets at the correct market price.
• Live in-play bets are accepted subject to a delay between the occurrence of in-play events and the suspension of the relevant market. j4444 is not responsible for any bets accepted during that delay window that may have been influenced by already-known in-play outcomes.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per event, per market, and per player account. These limits may be adjusted by j4444 at any time, including on a per-account basis for players identified as high-volume or pattern-matched bettors.

Section 7
Casino & Game Rules

The j4444 casino section — including live casino tables (Baccarat, Dragon Tiger, Roulette, Blackjack), slot games, and other instant-win products — is powered by third-party certified game providers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Ezugi, and Spribe. Section 8
Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on j4444 and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension, permanent closure, withholding of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account, whether personally or through a proxy, nominee, or agent.
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading identity, age, or payment information during registration or any subsequent verification process.
• Using the j4444 platform for any form of money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the j4444 platform or any game to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Engaging in systematic arbitrage betting, including cross-platform hedging strategies designed primarily to extract bonus value rather than to engage in genuine recreational betting.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, AI-assisted wagering systems, or any non-human interface to interact with the j4444 platform without express written permission.
• Colluding with other players in any poker, live casino, or competitive game format offered on j4444.
• Attempting to access, probe, or interfere with j4444's backend systems, payment infrastructure, databases, or administrative interfaces.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing j4444 staff, agents, or other players through any communication channel.

Section 9
Account Suspension & Closure

j4444 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any prohibited conduct listed in Section 8.
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within the prescribed timeframe following a compliance request.
• Submission of a valid self-exclusion request by the account holder.
• A court order, regulatory instruction, or formal legal request requiring j4444 to restrict or close the account.
• Inactivity for a continuous period of 12 months, subject to the dormant account procedures described below.

Dormant Accounts

An account is classified as dormant after 12 consecutive months of no login activity. j4444 will attempt to notify the registered email address before applying any dormant account administration fee. If, following notification, the account remains inactive for a further 30 days, j4444 may apply a monthly maintenance fee of ৳100 or the remaining account balance, whichever is lower, until the balance is exhausted or the player reactivates the account by logging in.

Section 10
Responsible Gaming

j4444 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all eligible players in Bangladesh. The platform offers the following player protection tools, accessible from the account dashboard at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately and cannot be increased for a minimum of 7 days following a change request.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may set alerts to be notified after a specified duration of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Period: Players may apply a temporary restriction on their account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days. During a cooling-off period, the account is suspended for all betting and casino activity but remains accessible for withdrawal of cleared funds.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to cease gambling activity permanently may apply for self-exclusion. Self-exclusion takes effect within 24 hours of the request being submitted and cannot be reversed for a minimum of 12 months. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the j4444 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial recreational use. This licence does not permit you to: reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any element of the j4444 platform; scrape or systematically extract data from j4444; or use the j4444 name or logo in any manner that implies endorsement or affiliation without express written consent.

Section 12
Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, j4444 disclaims all warranties, express or implied, in relation to the platform and the services provided. The j4444 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

j4444 shall not be liable for any of the following categories of loss, whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, even if j4444 has been advised of the possibility of such loss:

• Any direct or indirect financial loss arising from betting or casino activity on the platform, including the loss of deposited funds as a result of wagers not performing as intended.
• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity, whether direct or indirect.
• Any loss or damage caused by interruption, suspension, or failure of the platform including technical faults, server outages, or connectivity issues beyond j4444's reasonable control.
• Any loss arising from a player's reliance on odds, market information, statistical data, or any other content published on the j4444 platform that contains errors.

Nothing in these Terms excludes j4444's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

Privacy & Data

j4444 collects, processes, stores, and uses your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and published at j4444.io/privacy-policy. By using the j4444 platform, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

j4444 collects personal data including your name, date of birth, mobile number, email address, payment instrument details, IP address, device information, and betting activity records for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, responsible gaming compliance, and platform improvement. j4444 does not sell your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for commercial marketing purposes.

Section 14
Amendments

j4444 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time and for any reason, including to reflect changes in the platform's features, applicable legal or regulatory requirements, payment processing arrangements, or responsible gaming obligations.

When material changes are made to these Terms, j4444 will provide notice via the registered email address associated with your account and/or via a prominent notice displayed on the j4444 platform for a period of not less than 7 days prior to the effective date of the changes. Your continued use of j4444 after the effective date of any revision will be treated as your acceptance of the revised Terms.
